Uncertain teams develop faster
At Pollen we encourage intellectual diversity by staying curious. It even has a trigger sound: “Ja just det” (Swedish for “Oh yes, that’s right”). Capitalizing on our diversity means that we highlight our differences. Each ring represent one unique colleague but often we explore even more perspectives through fictive colleagues by using role playing. Therefore improv, or improvisational theater, is a natural part of our culture.
In order to reach the “Ja just det” moment we and our customers have to get close to the edge of our understanding and not get spooked by question marks, I dont know:s, but to rest in the uncertainty. Trust the process, allowing meetings to end with more questions.
